  4. This document serves as a license agreement between Daniel Corbier and
  5. you (as an individual or single entity software developer using this
  6. component), pertaining to this TRIAL version of the UCalc Fast Math
  7. Parser component.  For information on how to obtain a different license,
  8. visit http://www.ucalc.com/dll  .  Your usage of this component implies
  9. your acceptance to abide by the terms of this end user license agreement.

  11. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE.  Daniel Corbier grants to you a non-exclusive, non-
  12. transferable license to install and use the software on your computer.
  13. This license is conditional, based on the following limitations: (i) You
  14. may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or  otherwise attempt
  15. to modify the component  (ii)  You may not remove, suppress, hide, or
  16. cause your program to skip the opening message boxes  (iii) You may not
  17. use this TRIAL copy for purposes other than evaluation of the component,
  18. or beta testing of your own product.  Visit http://www.ucalc.com/dll for

  21. 2. DISTRIBUTION.  This component may be distributed under these
  22. conditions: (i) All parts of the component (including documentation and
  23. sample project files) must be distributed together.  (ii) The component
  24. and associated files may be distributed as a unit on conventional
  25. shareware distribution sites (iii) The component may be distributed as
  26. part of another program which uses it, ONLY if it is part of a beta test
  27. version for which no money is charged, requested, or accepted.  To find

  30. 3. NOT FOR RESALE:  You may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value
  31. this component.  You may not rent, lease, or lend this component.  You
  32. may not include this trial copy in a version of a software product that

  34. directly or indirectly.  Shareware/freeware distributors however, may
  35. include the component as part of a larger collection for which a nominal
  36. fee is charged, as long as the fee is for the collection and not the
  37. component itself.

  39. 4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT.  The component author may provide support on a
  40. voluntary basis, but will not be bound to providing support for the trial
  41. copy.  The author will not be bound to provide an immediate program fix
  42. for this trial copy, even in the event that a problem has been brought to
  43. his attention.

  45. 5. LIMITED WARRANTY.  This component is provided on an "as is" basis
  46. without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not
  47. limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
  48. particular purpose.  All other warranties are also expressly disclaimed.

  50. 6. SUITABILITY.  The persons or companies using this component are solely
  51. responsible for thoroughly testing it to make sure it is works to their
  52. satisfaction before incorporating a non-evaluation version into their
  53. programs.  All features are made available for testing purposes in this
